Baris is Snowflake’s Head of AI where he is responsible for leading AI and machine learning initiatives, and driving Snowflake’s overarching AI product roadmap and strategy. He is passionate about working on cutting-edge AI and leveraging the technology to solve real world problems for customers. Baris joined Snowflake following its acquisition of nxyz in August 2023, where he served as the co-founder and CEO. Previously, Baris spent over a decade at Google across various product leadership roles, with a focus on developing consumer AI products. Baris holds a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from Stanford.
