Procurement is dedicated to creating a meaningful diverse supplier base which reflects those of our customers, and communities that we serve while also providing visibility and reporting throughout our supply chain.
This commitment is showcased in our procurement policy around inclusion of diverse vendors in the sourcing process, and data enrichment projects which have allowed us to track our diversity spend. In the future, we plan to automate this process using our own internal platform and provide real-time data and reporting.
