Learn how to develop, deploy, and scale fan experience analytics using Snowflake Cortex AI.
This solution architecture helps you build and deploy fan analytics solutions in Snowflake using Cortex AI capabilities for Sports & Entertainment. Some of the use cases are described below.
Analyzing fan sentiment across multiple feedback touchpoints using classification
Extracting themes from survey responses for trend identification using AI
Generating personalized recommendations to improve fan engagement using AI models
Enabling semantic search across fan data for natural language queries
Snow Bear Architecture
About the Architecture
We start with basketball fan survey data and supporting files that get loaded into the snow_bear_db database. The data flows through our BRONZE_LAYER for raw storage, then gets processed using Snowflake Notebooks into the GOLD_LAYER where we apply Cortex AI functions like SENTIMENT, EXTRACT_ANSWER, and COMPLETE to generate insights. We also use Cortex Search and Analyst for advanced querying capabilities. Everything culminates in a Streamlit app that delivers the final interactive dashboard to users.
This solution was created by an in-house Snowflake expert and has been verified to work with current Snowflake instances as of the date of publication.
